HOW DOES IT WORK?

RTT works with the subconscious mind in a relaxed state of hypnosis. 
When working on a change without first clearing the subconscious mind’s belief, and just by applying conscious willpower, it requires significant effort and it has its limits. All the positive affirmations and self-help books in the world have their limit when our deep self-belief doesn’t match the affirmation. Emotion nearly always wins over conscious thought and then we find ourselves falling back to old patterns and making the same promises to ourselves over and over again. 


In hypnosis, when the rational, thinking mind quietens down, we can find the hidden patterns or beliefs that your subconscious mind is holding onto. We can clear the blockage, upgrade the beliefs and the language and you can leave them behind. The result? You can feel empowered and free!

 

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for changing limiting subconscious beliefs and the resulting behaviour that comes from these beliefs. 

It is completely safe and natural. Everyone is hypnotised at some point everyday with or without a hypnotist. How often do you find yourself arriving at a destination with no recollection of how you got there? This is known as automatic driving or highway hypnosis. Other examples are brushing your teeth, watching a movie where you start to fall asleep and that beautiful floating feeling you have right before you fall asleep at night. All of these situations are your conscious mind taking a break and your subconscious running the show. 

 

By tapping into the subconscious, you will change the way your mind thinks and these new thoughts will create new neuro-pathways in your brain for the positive changes you want in your life. At the same time the new thoughts weaken the old neuro-pathways linked to the behaviours you want to leave behind. Your new way of thinking becomes hardwired into your mind and it becomes who you naturally are.

 

Simply put, hypnosis is a high state of focused concentration while in a blissful relaxed state with increased suggestibility to the positive self-talk you really need.
