CANCELLATION TERMS *
All booked appointments require a nonrefundable $100 deposit. Any cancelations made with less than 48hrs notice are charged in full. These terms are created to ensure we value each other’s precious time.
Three session package - If you choose to purchase the 3-session package you agree to use all 3 sessions within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed between us. No refunds will be given if you do not wish to progress with all three sessions. Sessions can be used to address one issue or multiple issues which can be discussed with me.

Payment details will be forwarded on confirmation of your scheduled time and date. Sessions are AUD$250 Price includes your 90min-2hr personalised session, your bespoke recording and a 30min follow up/review phone consultation 30 days after your session and of course your new freedom. Also, please note children are usually charged at a lower rate but vary case by case.

CONFIDENTIALITY
By filling out this form, you consent that I may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; if you, as a client, are in imminent danger to yourself or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested. You also understand that, at any time, I may discuss aspects of your case with other colleagues keeping your full name and identifying details completely confidential always unless you have given permission otherwise.
TERMS
Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe, and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout. In hypnosis you will be regressed back to memories to help discover the root cause of your issue. Then you and I will work together in hypnosis to get an understanding of where the belief/behaviour originated, with the view to change it.
Please note that hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. No guarantees as to the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for your problem are made or implied, as it is impossible to guarantee human behaviour or compliance. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix or magic pill. A hypnotherapist is considered a guide or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided into the state of hypnosis. No one can make you do something against your true will. I genuinely want you to succeed and will help you to the best of my ability.

If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition do not make any adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your GPs advice.
